What we collect and why.

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email, postcode and the answers you give about your yard. We use them to tell you when packages open, to send the guide you asked for, and to understand who Pland is for.

We don't sell or share your details. You can unsubscribe from any email, and ask us to delete your details at any time.

If you later buy a package, we'll collect your property address, photos and documents to design your plan. Some of that, such as your address, is sent to services like Before You Dig Australia to locate underground assets. We'll tell you exactly what is shared before you pay.
