Everything you need to build, and nothing you don't.
An example package for a 640 m² suburban block. Your sheets follow the same layout, drawn for your block.
Setout plan
Scaled at 1:100 and dimensioned from your house corners and boundaries. Peg it out with a tape, string line and a can of marking paint.
Sheet 2Levels and falls
Spot levels and which way water should run, so paving sheds away from the house and nothing pools against the fence.

Build order
The order matters more than people expect. This is what keeps you from ripping up new paving to lay a pipe.
Check services and peg out
Mark every pipe and cable, then string-line the layout.
Clear and dig
Remove turf and excavate paving and bed areas to depth.
Drainage (trade)
Strip drain and stormwater connection go in before any paving.
Base and paving
Roadbase, compact, then lay pavers to the falls on sheet 2.
Soil and planting
Fill beds, plant trees first, then shrubs and groundcovers.
Mulch and finish
Mulch, water in, and set up the outdoor room.
