Questions people ask before they start.
How can you design my yard without seeing it?
You send photos, a walk-through video, a few measurements and your title. We add levels, soil and climate data for your address. Then an independent professional checks the plan can be built without a site visit. More on how it works.
What if the plan doesn't fit my yard?
Your measurements are checked against our drawing before anything is finalised. If something doesn't fit once you peg it out, tell us and we'll fix the plan. Our full revision and refund terms will be published when packages open. Revision and refund terms to be confirmed.
How long does it take?
We'll publish a turnaround once we've measured it on real packages. We won't promise a date we can't keep.
Do you do council or DA drawings?
No. Pland plans are for gardens that don't need approval. If your project needs a DA, you'll need a landscape architect.
How big a block can you do?
Up to 1,200 m², from flat courtyards to sloping blocks with low retaining.
Can I hire someone to build part of it?
Yes. Your plan marks which jobs suit a trade, and the materials list gives them something exact to quote on. See the standard split.
Where do you work?
Anywhere in Australia. Plants are chosen for your climate zone and rainfall.
