From $899 to $2,499
Four packages, priced by the size of your block and how much slope it has. A flat courtyard starts at $899. A sloping block up to 1,200 m² is $2,499.
Every package includes
- Setout plan dimensioned from your house and boundaries
- Levels and falls
- Planting schedule with species, pot size and spacing
- Materials list with quantities
- Staged build order
- DIY or trade, item by item
- A check by an independent landscape professional
We publish the block size and slope each package covers. If your block sits outside it, we'll tell you before you pay.
What no package covers
We'd rather tell you now than after you've paid.
- Council, DA or CDC approval drawings
- Engineered design for retaining walls over the height your council allows without one
- Pools, decks attached to the house, and structures needing a building permit
- Building it. That part is yours.
